Processing Time All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During peak seasons (October/November), processing times may be longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States and internationally via UPS and DHL.

• Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.
• Expedited shipping options (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) are available at checkout.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup Free local pickup is available in Rhode Island. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Custom & Personalized Orders Because every piece is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on personalized items. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
